Great shop, excellent quality and a very good selection. It's great that you are there for your customers on New Years and Boxing Day. Super Service. Suggestion for improvement: please label the selection. Then there is no need to ask the customer what kind of cake or cake it is.

If you as the owner decide not to label the products or to decorate them with prices, you should be aware that customers often ask the sales staff about this. If, however, they already put on an annoyed face after the second question and the enthusiasm can be recognized from the tone of the voice, one should think about labeling the products or about the seller. At around 18 € for five pieces of cake, you should expect to be served in a friendly manner. An experience that I don't have to go through again. Hopefully at least the taste will convince ...

Very tasty pies and cakes. Okay in terms of price. Unfortunately, you always feel very stressed in the shop, as the cakes are not excellent and you often have to ask what is what. An overview, preferably on the Internet in the current situation, to see what is there beforehand, would be great.

Unfortunately very disappointed with my mother's 70th birthday cake. Almost only butter in the filling (hardly edible, so much butter), hardly any sponge cake to be seen, hardly any fruit / jam available. Between the layers 0.2 mm biscuit, the butter filling 3 cm high. Everything irregular. Instead of 11cm high, over 20 Golden drip over the surface, smeared, little evenness. No idea who prepared this cake on the important day for us ... Apprentice, temporary worker? ? No adequate explanation after request, hardly any conversation. I didn't even get to speak to the boss. Refund: half the price. With such a well-known branch Sprenger on this scale, a joke. Didn't think that I would personally experience something like this with this pastry shop. Very sad.

The one, the best cakes and pies. Before Corona with a cozy flair on the 1st floor sat wonderful. Now breakfast and coffee on the ground floor are sober in a modern look. Those who like car exhaust with their coffee can also sit in front of the café. The cake and the tarts remain first class. ?

Absolutely brilliant wedding cake from Cafe Sprenger! Have never eaten such a delicious cake.

We ordered marzipan figures for our wedding and it was horrible. 1. It was given to us 1 hour LATE (Very unusual and unprofessional as per German standards). 2. Whilst the worker remove the stick that holds the marzipan figures together (without gloves in CORONA time), one of the head of the figure fell off and rolled on the floor. 3. Not only did she pick it up with her bare hands but also had the AUDACITY to ask us to buy another small wooden stick at Edeka so they could put the head back on (which we didn’t do). 4. After waiting very long and keeping all the guests waiting the worker stuck the head back on with her bare hand still. We obliviously needed the figures only out of desperation to put on our cake and despite everything, they still sold us this dirty marzipan figure. 5. We are now trying to get our money back and we called the boss, and she was as good as the marzipan they sold us. She is very rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. She believes that the way her worker behaved was acceptable and didn’t care what had happened to our figures. She hanged up the phone and asked others to pick up for her so she could listen and laugh in the background. The workers kept hanging up on us and they LIED to us by saying the boss is not here, whilst we could still hear her in the background laughing. Our rights as customers were abused. THESE BEHAVIORS ARE DISGUSTING, UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. ??

The cakes are great, but the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Very manageable selection. Additional wishes cost a lot. The cheese was out of the plastic bag. It tasted like that too. The rolls are sticky. I'd rather go to the café in the afternoon

The Sachertorte costs 3 € per piece. Unfortunately, my piece was very dry, but overall still delicious. But I would rather test the "cheaper" cake again.

Great lemon cake. Crowded on weekends.

Everything there is simply tatsty, the service is also good. but the only annoying thing is one can hardly find a parking place directly at the Cafe...
